Soulpaint Tattoo provides tattooing and tattoo design services. All designs, images, and content shown on the website are for inspiration purposes and remain the intellectual property of the artist unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Appointments & deposits
- Appointments are only confirmed after explicit confirmation
- Deposits are non-refundable, unless agreed otherwise
- Late cancellations or no-shows result in loss of the deposit
Age & health responsibility
- Clients must be 18 years or older
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding medical conditions, allergies, or medication
- Soulpaint Tattoo is not liable for consequences resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client
Artistic result & aftercare
Tattooing is a handcrafted artistic process. Minor variations in color, linework, or healing are considered normal. Proper aftercare is the responsibility of the client.
Intellectual property
All artwork, tattoo designs, photographs, and text on this website are protected by copyright and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission from Soulpaint Tattoo.
Liability
Soulpaint Tattoo is not liable for indirect damages, allergic reactions, or complications beyond our control, provided that all work is performed according to professional industry standards.
